West Park
West Park became its own city in 2005, one of Broward's newest and smallest, built from the tight-knit neighborhoods of Carver Ranches, Lake Forest, Miami Gardens, and Utopia. Most homes here are modest, established CBS ranches from the 1950s and '60s, the kind with real block walls and decades of Florida sun baked into the stucco. Between Hallandale Beach Boulevard, Pembroke Road, and State Road 7, we know these blocks and the families who've been on them for generations. We treat every home like it's in our own neighborhood, because for a lot of our crews, it practically is.
